Our Goal
Our Goal is to help every
child learn and develop to
his/her fullest potential
and to be a positive
influence in the children
and families we serve.
We
strive for each member of
our staff to serve our
children with love and
compassion.
Policies
The Senior Pastor and board of People's Church oversee the policies of Happy Time. All administrative procedures are under the supervision of the director. Any time there is a problem or concern, it should first be brought to the attention of the direction of Happy Time.
Illness:
Children are to be kept at home when they show any signs of the
following symptoms:
sore throat, fever (100 degrees or more), rash,
vomiting, or any other communicable disease or sickness. If your
child becomes ill while at Happy time, you will be called to come
pick him/her up.
There are no excused sickness absences at Happy
Time. When your child is ill, you are required to pay the full tuition
amount whether you child attends or not.
Medication Form:
If your child is on medication (whether prescription or
over-the-counter), you must fill out a
*Permission to Administer
Medication* form. You can obtain this form from the office at Happy
Time.
Failure to complete this form will result in NO medication being
given to your child.
Payment Information:
It is the sole responsibility of each parent to make a weekly payment
for tuition to Happy Time, in order to receive childcare. Happy Time
will not provide childcare for your child(ren) if tuition is not received. All
payments must be made on Monday for Full Time students,
and by
noon on the first day of the week attending for Part Time students.
Thank you for your cooperation.
